“We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. There was only one other guest in the Inn so it was definitely...

“Pool was only open during daylight hours due to an electrical issue but we enjoyed swimming our second day. ”

“We went for graduation ceremony in Evansville Indiana and to visit our daughter in Portland Indiana. I wanted for her to come visit us at the Central House but was sick and did not want to get out of her house. So we visit everyday. Then went to relax and watch TV at the Central House which was a very conferrable place.”
